The JobAs a Brand Engagement Specialist, you will manage and elevate our brand's presence across digital platforms. You will drive engagement by creating, scheduling, and optimizing content, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering community interactions. This is a great opportunity to hone your creative skills while helping position Baseload as the No. 1 Geothermal Platform globally.
Key accountabilities:
- Data Analysis & Insights: Gather and interpret performance data from digital channels to inform strategies, optimize engagement, and provide actionable insights.
- Content Creation: Collaborate on creative content for social media, tailoring it to align with trends, algorithms, and audience interests.
- Social Media Management: Manage Baseload's social media channels, ensuring consistent and meaningful engagement with followers while driving interest in geothermal energy.
- Community Building: Cultivate a strong online community by fostering authentic dialogue and responding to audience interactions.
- Campaign Support: Assist in executing content strategies and campaigns, contributing to Baseload's global visibility and brand awareness.

Resilient: You'll steadfastly work to gather and analyze data from our activities on social media and other digital channels, and based on these make suggestions on changes to ensure optimum results. Never accepting status quo, you work to find ways for Baseload to reach our audience.
Impactful: Based on the data findings, and on research and collaboration, you'll bring suggestions for future content. You always keep the audience in mind to ensure that the content has as much impact as possible with the ability to engage and build community.
Pioneers: Embracing Baseload's professional voice, mission and vision, you'll cultivate a strong online community by fostering authentic dialogue and responding to audience interactions. With a focus on growth and innovation, you'll confidently explore new approaches and strategies.
This is you:
- A few years' experience from social media, working with various digital platforms, preferably including LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Strong English writing skills and experience crafting engaging social media posts.
- Experience working with short videos and other content formats tailored to digital platforms.
- Experience working with a data-based approach and ability to analyze performance metrics and draw insights to inform and improve strategies.
- Thrives in working in close collaboration with a team, and values achieving together.
Desirable but Not Essential:
- Familiarity with renewable energy or experience working with impact-driven companies.
- HubSpot proficiency is highly valued for managing campaigns and performance analysis.
The current need is on a part-time basis, at least 50% but likely more than that. As we continue to grow the need in other areas in Marketing will increase and the opportunity to learn new skills are great.
