About the Role:
King is seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, resolving incidents and requests in a timely manner, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams. You will work closely with the Associate Manager, IT Support, to ensure seamless delivery of technical services.
Responsibilities:
- Triage, resolve, or escalate incidents and requests in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with the Associate Manager, IT Support, to ensure seamless delivery of technical services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of IT systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in an IT support role.
- Knowledge of ITIL and/or PRINCE2.
