Vi söker en Customer Experience Specialist till vårt team på Mirapeople. I rollen som Customer Experience Specialist kommer du att vara en viktig del av vårt team och arbeta nära våra kunder för att säkerställa en sömlös kundresa.

Arbetsuppgifter
  • Interaktion med kunder: Du kommer att interagera med kunder genom livechatt, e-post och telefon för att lösa deras frågor och problem.
  • Analyser och problemlösning: Du kommer att utföra analyser för att förstå kundernas frågor och proaktivt hantera problem för att förbättra den övergripande kundupplevelsen.
  • Samarbete med team: Du kommer att samarbeta nära med kollegor och externa partners för att lösa ärenden, dela insikter och bygga en starkare och mer kundfokuserad arbetsmiljö.
