About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Hiroy Ab. As a key member of our digital experience team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the digital journey for our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Optimize Customer Journeys: Take ownership of our enhanced partnership program site and B2B site to improve the customer experience.
  2. Initiative Execution: Drive and implement initiatives that enhance our digital platforms.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a key contact for internal teams and ensure alignment across all digital initiatives related to EPP and B2B.
  4. Site Management: Use Adobe Experience Manager to manage and request changes for our sites.
  5. Customization and Mapping: Explore and implement site customizations to enhance user experience.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in digital experience and customer journey optimization. The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role, working with content management systems (CMS).
  2. Data-Driven: Proficient in using data to optimize the user journey.
  3. Project Management: Skilled in managing and following up on projects, including backlog management.
  4. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with both technical and design development aspects.

The successful candidate will possess excellent soft skills, including:

  1. Adaptability: Enjoys quick changes and is a proactive problem solver with attention to detail.
