About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor at ZEEKR Europe. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales of our electric vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Expertise: Be the go-to expert on ZEEKR products and services, providing customers with comprehensive knowledge and support throughout their purchasing journey.
  • Engagement and Conversion: Engage with customers from initial lead to purchase, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Commercial Objectives: Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets, primarily focused on test drives and vehicle sales.
  • Support and Guidance: Provide ongoing support to customers throughout the purchasing process, both in-store and online.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest product information and ZEEKR's unique selling points, communicating changes and updates to colleagues and customers.
  • Customer Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining regular contact.
  • Event Participation: Participate in external events to meet new customers and promote our products and brand.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Customer Orientation: A customer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer satisfaction principles.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to deal successfully with customers and colleagues.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative and able to work well in a team with colleagues from different departments.
  • Technical Skills: Experience working with KPIs and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license is essential for conducting test drives and assisting customers.
  • Availability: Willingness to work weekends.
