This includes:

  1. Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities within client accounts, driving expansion and increasing revenue.
  2. Client Health & Metrics: Monitor client satisfaction and health metrics, ensuring that clients are progressing towards their desired outcomes and maximizing the value of our solution.
  3. Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with the Sales Manager on your client portfolio to ensure alignment and maximize impact. Provide feedback to the Product team to help shape the future of Proposales.

A bit about this role:

  1. Drive expansion within client accounts by identifying and pursuing cross-sell opportunities.
  2. Monitor client satisfaction and health metrics, ensuring that clients are progressing towards their desired outcomes.
  3. Provide insights and reporting on client engagement and account progress.
