As our Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will act as the critical link between our customers, sales team, and production. Your expertise will ensure tailored solutions that meet customer business needs.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing complex cybersecurity solutions, combining our managed service offerings to meet diverse customer requirements. Navigating both conceptual and technical challenges is key to your success. Working closely with our sales team, you will identify and understand customer needs, ensuring the best fit for their unique situations.

Your average day may include:

  • ">
  • Solution Design: Assess client requirements and architect managed service solutions.">
  • Technical Expertise: Present solutions for client stakeholders together with sales, covering technical questions.">
  • Proposal Building: Build proposals and statements of work in alignment with client needs together with sales.">
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with key technical counterparts from client organizations.">
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and technical delivery teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.">
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and solutions.">
  • Tech Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with our technology partners to build the best solution for the client.">
  • Negotiation: Negotiate delivery agreements with clients and license agreements with tech vendors.">

You would be based in one of our offices in Solna, Sweden or Hellerup, Denmark.

We seek candidates with:

  • Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in cybersecurity or IT services.">
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and technologies.">
  • Communication & Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with simplified technical concept explanation ability. Native fluency in Swedish or Danish along with English fluency is expected.">
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset for analyzing client environments and recommending effective solutions.">
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work in a fast-paced environment.">
