Job Title: German Speaking Sales Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced German-speaking Sales Administration Officer to join our team at Infotree Global Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our European customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide front-line customer service and support to customers in German and English
  • Respond to incoming orders and queries via phone and email
  • Execute order administration tasks in SAP and other internal tools
  • Follow-up on orders, service level agreements, and other key measurements
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service
  • Perform second-line support in areas such as purchase orders, preventive housekeeping, and quality management
Requirements:
  • Native fluency in German and advanced English language skills
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong customer service skills and a service-minded attitude
  • Ability to take initiative and drive for changes
