Salesforce Champion

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce professional to join our dynamic team in Sweden. As a Salesforce Champion at John Bean Technologies Corporation, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce data, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective utilization of these tools, providing training and support to end-users, and driving data-driven decision-making processes.

As our Salesforce Champion, you will be based at our site in Helsingborg as part of our Customer Care team. Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
2. Developing and maintaining Salesforce dashboards, reports, and workflows to support Sales and Customer Service teams.
3. Providing training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality, best practices, and data entry standards.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to the Salesforce platform.
5. Working closely with the US team to troubleshoot, enhancement requests, and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
6. Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities and recommending appropriate upgrades or integrations.

We are looking for a proven Salesforce Administrator with in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration. You should be a proactive and patient independent worker who can also work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience with other CRM systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
