About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Lifecycle Manager to join our team at EasyPark. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns and automated programs to attract and retain B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage CRM campaigns and automated programs to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create and execute marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize and improve CRM campaigns and programs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and marketing automation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in CRM and marketing automation, with a strong understanding of customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Braze, Looker, and Mixpanel is a plus.
  • SQL skills are a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills are required.
