A leading e-commerce company in the Nordics, operating in multiple countries, serves over a million active customers. Based in Stockholm, their team operates in the heart of a fast-growing and innovative business. They are seeking a CRM Marketing Consultant to join their team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create, optimize, and maintain communication templates, rules, and flows for automations and newsletters
  • Develop, enhance, and personalize digital communication through content improvements and A/B testing
  • Design and implement segmented campaigns, lifecycle messaging, retention/reactivation activities, and cross-sell/up-sell programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including acquisition, stores, supply chain, design, analytics, and category management
  • Analyze and report on CRM goals and KPIs for designated markets

**Requirements:**

  • A deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics and the ability to drive impactful marketing activities
  • Experience with Klaviyo is required
  • Proven experience in CRM, marketing automation, and e-commerce marketing
  • Familiarity with B2C environments and proficiency in MA systems
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in A/B testing and optimizing customer communication
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings, while maintaining structure and organization
