**Key Responsibilities:**
  1. **Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor a team of system administrators and engineers offshore.
  2. **Goal Setting:** Define team goals, objectives, and priorities aligned with organizational objectives.
  3. **Incident and Problem Management:** Lead incident response efforts and conduct root cause analysis for major incidents.
  4. **Change Management:** Manage change requests and coordinate system changes, ensuring adherence to processes.

  6. **Documentation:** Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures.
  7. **Knowledge Sharing:** Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
**Requirements:**
  1. Fundamental knowledge in AWS cloud platform, DevOps, cloud operations.
  2. Experience with Jira software, Confluence, and service management.
  3. Prior experience as team lead in a global organization.
  4. ITIL principles and foundation knowledge.
  5. MS Office proficiency.
**Desirable Experience:**
  1. Knowledge in Azure cloud platform.
  2. Team lead experience preferably in a technology or cybersecurity environment.
