The Country Sales Director position is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to our mission and help us achieve our business objectives. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading our sales team and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyzing the sales situation, the current market, and competitors, and developing effective strategies to tap into the potential of the education/study abroad market in Ticino.
  • Developing, executing, and supporting short and long-term sales goals in the Swiss Italian market.
  • Staying up-to-date on current sales trends in the market and thinking 5 steps ahead.

Operations

  • Responsibility for controlling and monitoring budgets and ensuring effective expense planning and cost controls.
  • Building new relationships and maintaining existing ones with schools and universities.
  • Managing time for local administrative work, such as invoicing, visa preparation, marketing material distributions, etc.
