- Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of skilled workers, ensuring their adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance, ensuring the steel mill operates within budget and meets financial targets.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the steel mill's compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience in steel mill operations, process management, or a related field.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
