About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Lead Engineer to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading hardware-related activities and projects within your area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead hardware-related activities and projects, including planning, execution, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customers, projects, suppliers, and product organization, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, design, and test plans.
  • Provide on-site issue resolution and technical support as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in electronics or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial/automotive electronics (HW) design.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware project management, including requirement management tools (e.g. DOORS) and project management tools (e.g. Microsoft tools).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish is desirable.
