We are SHERPANY, a dynamic and award-winning tech company based in Zurich. Our cloud/SaaS solution digitizes meeting management, facilitating decision-making processes for management bodies across Europe.
As a key member of our international sales team, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities- You will present our innovative cloud-based meeting management solution to various industries and convince them of its value proposition.
- Through regular interaction with customers, you will gather insights into their pain points and develop tailored solutions to address these challenges.
- You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to optimize the sales cycle, ensuring seamless lead generation, pipeline creation, and conversion rate.
- You possess extensive experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in closing deals and driving revenue growth.
- You have a solid understanding of 360° sales and can take ownership of the entire sales process, from initial outreach to final contract signing.
- Your exceptional networking and relationship-building skills enable you to establish and maintain strong connections with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to set priorities effectively, working independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- You are fluent in Norwegian at native speaker level and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
