Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Qualify leads and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Continuously learn and develop our product, internal processes, and industry knowledge.
  • Support direct peers and contribute to team growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in outbound sales.
  • 1-3 years experience in sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Desirable experience in B2B sales with SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate new leads and deliver results in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Fluency in German and English.
