As a Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in driving results for our organization by analyzing data and creating unique insights to help us grow and improve.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze business-critical questions and present practical insights
  • Analyze results related to customers, products, pricing, sales, financial targets, and identify areas for improvement
  • Create data-driven models and dashboards to visualize our results
  • Support the team with advanced analysis of specific questions, business cases, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with various parts of the organization to share business insights and continue to develop Telenor's capabilities in analysis
  • Lead projects and initiatives to implement insights from analysis

Who You Are

We're looking for someone with a strong interest in data-driven work and a passion for customers and customer satisfaction. You'll have previous experience as an analyst in business modeling and be comfortable translating data into business insights and value-creating initiatives. You're self-motivated, meticulous, and have a good structure in your work. You're also a strong communicator and can engage others through your presentation of data, insights, and improvements.

  • You have skills and experience working with SQL
  • You're proficient in Excel and BI tools like Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Tableau
  • You have a university degree in business administration or equivalent
  • You're a team player who believes in collaboration and discussion to achieve results
