Data Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Specialist to join our Swedish data team at Dun & Bradstreet Sweden AB. As a Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our existing datasets, as well as strategic projects aimed at increasing and leveraging the amount and types of data we collect.
Key Responsibilities- Data Expertise: You will be a data expert in specific areas, including vehicle, real estate, legal, business, and consumer data.
- Data Management: You will actively manage data sets and map data within the information area.
- Data Acquisition: You will be responsible for finding and/or buying data relevant for your area, and for supplier contacts and agreements.
- Budget and Forecasting: You will participate in budget and forecasting activities.
- Development and Maintenance: You will be responsible for development and maintenance plans for your area, as well as for requirements towards our IT department and our Data Production department.
- External Monitoring: You will continuously monitor external events that are of essence to your area.
- Data Education: You will educate other departments/roles on data within your area.
- Data Support: You will support sales and customers with data expertise.
- Strategic Activities: You will participate in strategic activities to evolve DnB's numerous datasets and data domains into mastered and linked Smart Data.
- Project Ownership: On occasion, you will act as product owner, specialist, or tester in data or product development projects.
- Expertise: You have experience in working as an expert within the vehicle area and/or have a genuine interest in vehicles (cars, motorcycles, etc.).
- Technical Skills: You have experience in working with SQL.
- Independence: You are able to independently manage short and/or long-term assignments.
- Time Management: You are able to steer towards distant as well as short-term deadlines.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in Swedish and English.
- Responsibility: You have a high level of personal responsibility for completion of tasks.
- Collaboration: You are good at collaboration and solution-oriented.
- Documentation: You have excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Education: You have a university degree within a relevant area, or corresponding work experience.
