About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Specialist to join our Swedish data team at Huvudkontor. As a Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our existing datasets, as well as strategic projects aimed at increasing and leveraging the amount and types of data we collect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a data expert in specific areas, including vehicle and real estate data.
  • Manage and maintain data sets, mapping data within the information area.
  • Source and procure relevant data for own area, and establish supplier contacts and agreements.
  • Participate in budget and forecasting activities.
  • Develop and maintain plans for own area, as well as requirements for our IT department and Data Production department.
  • Monitor external events relevant to own area.
  • Educate other departments/roles on data within own area.
  • Support sales and customers with data expertise.
  • Participate in strategic activities to evolve DnB's numerous datasets and data domains into mastered and linked Smart Data.
Requirements
  • Experience working as an expert within the vehicle area and/or a genuine interest in vehicles.
  • Experience working with SQL.
  • Ability to independently manage short and/or long-term assignments.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • High level of personal responsibility for completion of tasks.
  • Good collaboration and solution-oriented skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • University degree within a relevant area, or corresponding work experience.
