What You'll Do

  • Analyze business-critical questions and present practical insights
  • Analyze results related to customers, products, pricing, sales, financial targets, and identify areas for improvement
  • Create data-driven models and dashboards to visualize our results
  • Support the team with advanced analysis of specific questions, business cases, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with various parts of the organization to share business insights and continue to develop Telenor's capabilities in analysis
  • Lead projects and initiatives to implement insights from analysis

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong interest in data-driven work and a passion for customers and customer satisfaction. You'll have previous experience as an analyst in business modeling and be comfortable translating data into business insights and value-creating initiatives. You'll be self-motivated and meticulous, with a strong structure in your work. You'll also be a strong communicator and able to engage others through your presentation of data, insights, and improvements.

  • You'll have skills and experience working with SQL
  • You'll be proficient in Excel and BI tools like Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Tableau
  • You'll have a university degree in business administration or a related field
  • You'll be a team player who believes in collaboration and discussion to achieve results
