Job Summary

Vattenfall is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence and Analytics Lead to join their Finance Analytics Systems Team (FAST). The successful candidate will be responsible for steering the build of new products, managing Agile development teams, and bridging between business and IT to ensure project continuity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business intelligence and analytics strategies to drive data-driven decision making
  • Lead the development of new products and features, ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT professionals, and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics, with a focus on data engineering and architecture
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and data visualization tools
