Business Development Manager Oncology

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the oncology department. As a key account manager, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our portfolio by unlocking products access and increasing adoption through effective account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product launches and drive sales through strategic account management.
- Foster long-term professional relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, payers, and decision-makers, to ensure patient access.
- Develop and implement annual account plans with clear objectives, strategies, and measurable results.
Requirements:
- An entrepreneurial mindset, paired with excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in oncology sales, with a strong network among key opinion leaders (KOLs) in melanoma or lung cancer.
- Expertise in account management, including stakeholder mapping, business planning, and performance tracking.
- A self-driven and independent approach, with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
