We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Gothenburg or Stockholm. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will develop long-term relationships and guide them through the use of our platform.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Project Management, and Product Development. Your goal will be to ensure clients achieve their objectives and maximize the value they derive from our platform.

Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, working closely with senior decision-makers and operational teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure clients achieve their objectives and maximize the value they derive from our platform.
- Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and Product Development teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
- Assist clients with platform adjustments and improvements to enhance their user experience.
- Advise clients on best practices and emerging trends in ESG, GRC, and Quality.
- Sales responsibility: Work closely with Sales Specialists to proactively manage sales activities, meet revenue targets, and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Manage personal responsibilities with an individual budget, including a clear sales and budget responsibility.
- Handle negotiations, renewals, and agreements with clients.
- Work with Sales Specialists to analyze product usage, identify growth opportunities, and optimize product utilization.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or systems science.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably as a Customer Success Manager.
- Experience working with negotiations and customer agreements.
- Strong interest in systems and digitization with experience in handling and learning new systems.
- Fluent in Swedish with excellent English skills.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for industries like banking and finance.
- Experience with GRC, ESG, or CSRD-related processes.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn more about technical solutions.
