Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team at Microsoft Data Center - Gavle. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for the delivery of data center projects within our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery: Oversee the tactical delivery of data center projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule expectations.
- Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including contractors and vendors, to achieve project goals.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including project teams, contractors, and internal partners.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, ensuring compliance with Microsoft guidelines and standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal groups, including Microsoft Security, IT, Legal, and Project Engineering, to maintain corporate vision and goals.
- Experience: Progressive responsibility in leading data center, construction, or related projects, with a strong background in project management, safety, quality, and risk management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Project Management, Contract Management, or Construction Management.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Required Qualifications: Experience leading and driving multiple, large-scale construction projects, including safety management, quality management, risk management, contract management, and project controls.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong passion for maintaining accountability and adherence to project quality standards and specifications.
