Job Summary

Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Leveransavtal Entreprenadbesiktning to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and local regulations on our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of construction works in progress and upon completion to verify adherence to project standards.
  • Review and interpret contracts, specifications, and technical requirements to guarantee compliance with established regulations.
  • Assess the quality of materials and workmanship in alignment with project standards, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Generate detailed reports and documentation of all inspections and findings, highlighting key observations and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to address issues and implement corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide expert advice on quality assurance and best practices in construction management, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure that safety regulations and procedures are upheld on all job sites, maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, with a strong foundation in construction principles and practices.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in construction inspection or quality assurance, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance and quality.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address potential issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Experience with project management software is a plus, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
