Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the activities of site-based teams, including laborers, engineers, and sub-contractors.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring that projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 3rd level construction/engineering degree and/or a trade background.
• 5 years+ experience in a similar site-based role.
• Experience working on large scale construction projects/hyperscale data centres would be an advantage.
• Experience in managing sub-contractors.
