Join Our Team
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Site Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and the environment.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects are delivered in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Education: 3rd level construction/engineering degree and/or a trade background.
- Experience: 5 years+ experience in a similar site-based role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
