Pareto Seeks Business Growth Specialist

At Pareto, we are redefining the digital content management landscape. We are currently looking for a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to play a key role in driving our sales team forward.

This individual will be responsible for building a qualified pipeline through inbound and outbound engagement. They will work closely with marketing-sourced leads, identifying and reaching out to potential prospects, and connecting with senior decision-makers to showcase the value of our solutions. The primary goal is to convert prospects into sales opportunities, grow the pipeline, and establish strong relationships with new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Qualify Leads: Identify, generate, and qualify leads and prospects through inbound and outbound channels.
  2. Conduct High-Volume Prospecting: Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media to generate quality opportunities for our Account Executives.
  3. Attend Marketing Events: Network and build rapport with prospects at marketing events and conferences.
  4. Nurture Long-Term Relationships: Help mid-market and large enterprise companies realize the potential of our product.
  5. Develop New Strategies: Develop new ideas and strategies for identifying and winning potential new customers.
  6. Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with Account Executive, align on pipeline generating strategies.
  7. Achieve Sales KPIs: Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience: A minimum of 2 years of work experience in outbound sales, preferably in software sales.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Swedish is a must.
  • Track Record of Achievements: Track record of achieving sales quota and generating new opportunities.
  • Tech Experience: Technical experience in the SaaS field (especially CMS) is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Sales Tech Stack: Experience with outbound sales tactics and sales tech stack.
  • Results-Oriented: Accountable and strong drive to deliver results, work in sales and contribute to a fast-growing company.
  • Autonomous Working Style: Self-motivated in a high autonomous, independent remote working culture.
