As a Presales Consultant, you'll be an essential part of a revolutionary journey where we provide innovative solutions in PSIM, IBMS, and fire detection.
Job Description:This role involves providing technical presale support to the sales team, serving as the main technical contact for customers, and conducting training sessions to familiarize clients with our product lineup.
Responsibilities:- Collecting data and participating in site visits for estimation purposes.
- Defining project specifications, ensuring product compatibility, and identifying opportunities.
- Drafting detailed Scopes of Work (SOW) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) aligned with customer requirements.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in PSIM and/or IBMS presale support is required.
- Experience with fire detection is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, demonstrating fluency and precision in complex, technical communication.
