About the Department

The Parts Order team plays a vital role in representing the voice of customers and dealers, striving to achieve the best customer satisfaction by providing top-notch service. The team oversees the entire order fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery at optimal cost, serving as the primary point of contact to dealers and service providers for all parts inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Dealers and Service Providers: Provide information and resolve parts concerns to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Order Fulfillment and Logistics: Follow up on orders or backorders to guarantee on-time deliveries and maintain efficient order-to-cash processes.
  • Parts Catalog Management: Maintain and improve the spare parts catalogues to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform data analyses on order overview and parts logistics to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Communication: Manage day-to-day communication with dealers and service providers to ensure smooth parts operations.
  • Order Returns and Cancellations: Handle order returns, cancellations, and other spare parts related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Your Profile
  • Education and Background: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Proven client-facing experience with a highly customer-oriented mindset, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to perform tasks efficiently in a dynamic working environment.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English and one of the Nordic languages, with Chinese language skills considered an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills a plus.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Effective communicator and team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
