About the Department:

The Aftersales department within BYD Europe is responsible for all Service & Maintenance related topics concerning our full electric buses and trucks. This includes, but is not limited to, building up a service network in whole Europe, providing technical support to our customers and Service Providers, supporting the sales department by calculating Life Cycle Costs, delivery of Spare Parts and providing trainings. The main objective of the Aftersales department is to contribute to Customer Satisfaction & loyalty.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and analyzing documentation connected to, for example, warranty, service contracts, and invoicing.
  • Identifying and acting on deviations and risks resulting from these processes.
  • Supporting the Regional After Sales Manager and the team with data collection and analysis.
  • Communicating externally with customers, service providers, and partners and internally with sales, legal, and finance teams.
  • Preparing reports and arranging and attending customer and project meetings.
  • Striving to continuously improve the administrative processes.
  • Obtaining feedback from customers, service providers, and colleagues to continuously improve our performance.
  • Periodically reviewing the warranty process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
  • Proven organizational and administrative skills.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work on own initiative and under pressure.
  • General computer and IT knowledge.
  • Works precise and has an eye for details.
  • Is good with numbers.
  • Fluent Swedish and English language skills.
