Nordic Sales Leadership Opportunity

Extreme Networks is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Norway and Sweden. This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, channel development, and stakeholder management. They will be able to develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's regional plans and drives business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and implement quantitative goals and strategic objectives for the region.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including SAEs, RAEs, VSAMs, SEs, and Strategic/Regional PAMs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop account strategies to acquire new key accounts and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Monitor and report sales performance metrics regularly, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Present business cases effectively to senior management audiences and coordinate internal stakeholders to develop account strategies.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles; 3+ years in channel development and stakeholder management.
