About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Head of Accounting to lead our Swedish accounting operations, manage group accounting, and oversee monthly and yearly closings. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.

Job Description: As Head of Accounting, you will be responsible for leading a team of accounting professionals, developing and implementing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise will also be critical in analyzing financial data, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending cost-saving initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of financial principles and regulations. You should have experience in managing teams, developing financial plans, and analyzing complex financial data. A degree in accounting or a related field is required, and relevant certifications such as CPA or CMA are highly desirable.
