This is an exciting opportunity to join our Swedish market as one of the first local employees. You'll work closely with other teams in Sales, Partnerships, Operations, and Product to ensure the best customer experience.
As a Sales Manager Sweden, you will play a pivotal role in setting up our presence in Sweden by executing a wide range of commercial activities.
You will drive commercial results in Sweden through converting inbound and outbound efforts. This includes proactively engaging with new customers and partners (agencies, SaaS partners) to collect insights and feedback on the local Mollie experience and product.
We are looking for someone with native Swedish language skills and fluency in English; additional Nordic languages are a plus. Previous experience in technology sales, particularly in a strategic/operational role and/or SaaS/payments, is highly valued.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get things done today. They have an outbound mindset, with demonstrated experience in outbound skills, and are comfortable balancing multiple priorities simultaneously.
