Cinematics Technical Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cinematics Technical Designer to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our cinematics team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cinematic experiences that bring our games to life.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with artists and engineers to create high-quality cinematic assets and experiences.
- Develop and maintain node-based visual scripting logic for game entities and rendering processes.
- Identify and propose solutions to technical problems and challenges.
- Work with partner studios to share technology and best practices.
- Provide hands-on support to artists and engineers regarding asset performance and validation.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital art content creation pipeline, within the video game or film/tv industry with a focus on cinematics.
- Experience within a game engine (Frostbite, Unreal, Unity, or similar).
- Experience producing outstanding cinematic assets.
- Experience with game development frameworks and methodologies.
- Familiarity with 3D DCC tools such as Autodesk Maya, MotionBuilder, 3dsMax, or Blender.
- Experience developing custom tools for Digital content creation (DCC).
- Knowledge of high-level coding language (Python, C#, mel scripting).
- Experience with version control systems such as Perforce, Git, or Shotgrid (Flow Production Tracking).
