Governance Specialist Internal Control for H&M Group

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Specialist Internal Control to join our team at H&M Group. As a key member of our Corporate Governance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's internal control framework and ensuring the effective implementation of risk management and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities- Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's internal control framework and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain effective risk management and compliance processes.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on internal control procedures and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into internal control performance and identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as economics, law, or business administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance, preferably in a large international organization.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring internal controls, as well as conducting audits and assessments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, with Swedish language skills a plus.
