About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Data Analyst to join our Digital Strategy Analytics Team at H&M Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global digital product teams in improving our shoppers' journeys and growing their analytics prowess.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Analytical Projects: Lead the process of hypothesis formulation, analysis, conclusion, and recommendations across Digital Value Streams.
  • Empower Stakeholders: With high customer centricity, empower stakeholders to improve the customer experience through expert analysis of behavioral, commercial, and product performance data.
  • Steer Product Roadmaps: Support Product Managers and Value Stream Managers to prioritize resource allocation and product/value stream backlogs.
  • Build Business Cases: Bring together commercial, digital, and user behavior understanding to build business cases owned by the value streams.
  • Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Enable data visibility and educate stakeholders to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Work with Advanced Analytics Tools: Analyze, execute, and follow up initiatives from idea to industrialization using SQL, Google BigQuery, Google Looker, PowerBI, and other analytical tools.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Experience: In product or business analysis, customer or commercial analytics, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong SQL Skills: Very strong experience with SQL and cloud analytics environments such as Databricks or GCP.
  • Experience in E-commerce: Previous experience within e-commerce, retail, fashion, or tech product-driven companies.
  • Academic Degree: In Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and an ability to communicate and explain data and its implications to various stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
