About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Expert to join our team at H&M Group. As a Business Expert, you will play a key role in driving the agenda and execution to make Product Traceability (Track and Trace) scalable across the H&M Group Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Product Traceability: Collaborate with the product team to drive the agenda and execution to make Product Traceability (Track and Trace) scalable across the H&M Group Supply Chain.
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders in different H&M functions, regions, and brands to ensure that business processes and tech solutions are working hand-in-hand.
  3. Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional process changes and solution deliverables to maximize business impact, benefits, and effects to reach our targets.
Requirements
  1. Supply Chain Expertise: Extensive experience working within global Supply Chain, from production/manufacturing through transportation, warehousing, and sales - preferably within the fashion industry (or retail).
  2. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to get hands-on solving problems needed to make the team move forward.
  3. Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable collaborating with different kinds of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  4. Business Acumen: Good understanding of how business capabilities and objectives can be enabled through technology and data.
  5. Traceability Experience: Experience and a strong interest in working with traceability and/or visibility topics in the Supply Chain.
  6. Adaptability: Ability to take responsibility and work proactively in a complex, continuously changing environment.
  7. Continuous Learning: Ability to learn new technologies, tools, business processes, and ways of working.
  8. Data Standards: Understanding of data standards for Visibility & Track and Trace, such as GS1 EPCIS.
  9. Digital Product Data: Understanding of Digital Product Data Carriers, such as RFID, QR codes, or NFC.
  10. Language Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
