About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Expert to join our team at H&M Group. As a Business Expert, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our pricing and inventory management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive growth through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with merchandising and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  • Provide business expertise to product teams, ensuring that products meet end-user needs and bring value to the business.
  • Identify and prioritize business needs, working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, data scientists, and end-users.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of pricing, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to drive business growth and improvement.
