Position Overview

Are you an experienced Product Owner ready to elevate your career? H&M Group welcomes you to consider a role as a Senior Product Owner. This position presents a thrilling opportunity to demonstrate your leadership, strategic insight, and product knowledge. As a Senior Product Owner, you will be instrumental in shaping our product strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams, and spearheading initiatives that impact our entire organization.

We are in search of a Senior Product Owner for our Label & Compliance division, overseeing the digital solutions for all H&M Group Brands, including Price Tags and Care Labels.

Our team is embarking on an exciting mission to redesign existing applications and digitize current processes, aiming to create a fully automated Label & Compliance workflow for our end users, integrated seamlessly with our suppliers.

The team comprises Business Experts, Front-End and Back-End Engineers, a Tech Lead, a Scrum Master, and a Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

Exhibit excellence as a product owner, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes. Establish yourself as a recognized authority across various product domains, sought after by colleagues. Lead collaborative initiatives, working alongside diverse teams throughout the organization. Align high-level strategies with design and engineering efforts. Prioritize effectively and create measurable objectives for new features. Develop compelling business cases that articulate the value of proposed solutions. Oversee the creation of product roadmaps that align with team and organizational objectives. Set the strategic direction for your team, working closely with the Value Stream to ensure product alignment with Stream goals. Define, implement, and monitor performance metrics associated with your product to ensure ongoing optimization and stable performance. Manage the value associated with both Development and Operations/Maintenance of products, ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations (security, compliance, etc).

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of product experience in Labels, Tags, and/or Delivery Management, along with a technical background. Strong understanding of Product Management principles, including data analysis, cross-team collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. Excellent business acumen and insight into key success factors for businesses. Proven ability to lead significant initiatives that involve multiple teams. Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and comprehensive Product delivery.
