About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Alf, a newly formed tech company within Länsförsäkringar Alliance. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our products and driving design efforts for our app.

Your main responsibility will be to lead design efforts, driving product discovery to ensure we solve the right problems, as well as product delivery to make sure that problems are solved in the right way. Your tasks will range from gathering user needs and insights to developing concepts, interface design, and prototypes.

You will work closely with and report to our Head of Product Design and collaborate with developers, product owners, and marketing to ensure seamless integration and effective communication of the design to users. Additionally, you'll play a key role in maintaining scalability in our user interface, including working with our design system.

We are looking for someone with significant experience in a similar role, having played a major part in driving design work forward. You have a proven track record of delivering design solutions for consumer apps with proven business and user value, that are also aesthetically pleasing, intuitive, and usable.

You understand user needs through conducting research and have experience collaborating with developers while understanding technical constraints in the development process. Proficiency in design tools like Figma or similar is essential.
