We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Product People. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients for our interim product management services.

In this role, you will be the owner of the sales process and will be responsible for its end-to-end structure and organization. You will work closely with our leadership team to evolve our demand generation processes, identify and analyze target prospects, and create strategies for lead generation.

You will also be responsible for communicating the value proposition of our services to prospective clients, tracking leads in our internal tools, and setting personal and company metrics for measuring the success of our sales efforts.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different industries and will be responsible for identifying and proposing initiatives that will help us deliver outstanding results for our clients faster and optimize long-term profitability and growth.
