About this role

  • Independently lead prioritised initiatives in the programme
  • Organize, plan, monitor and follow up on the execution
  • Ensure oversight together with the colleagues in the team
  • Proactively engaging with stakeholders to build strong relationship
  • Contributing to the overall development of capabilities in the team

The role is based in Stockholm.

What you'll be doing:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will step into a central and critical role to the team that is focused on Service Transition Management and Project Management related tasks. This is where your expertise is needed to contribute with a solid and strategic risk management, which will directly impact on the financial performance, efficiency, competitiveness and overall success of Nordea.

  • Have superior communication skills, and expertise in managing a large variety of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in leading business risk reduction projects, navigating through complexity and ensuring timely and precise delivery
  • Have a strong risk and compliance mindset, coupled with a proactive approach in communicating clear and qualified requests to stakeholders
  • A structured mind-set, being able to see the big picture, as well as a strong attention to relevant details
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multitasking well and have an excellent ability to prioritize and deliver within deadlines
  • Are competent in senior stakeholder management and Service Transition / Change Management

Your experience and background:

  • Documented experience driving change in large transformation programmes
  • Familiarity with business continuity and crisis management is considered advantageous
  • Proficiency in navigating through complexity, managing different kinds of stakeholder and strong communication skills
  • You take responsibility for delivering a strong business result and driving the functional excellence
  • Experienced in self-driven, pro-active and solution-oriented roles
  • Relevant Master's or Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English
