  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with Spotify's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including logistical issues, timing, budget, and scope.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, vendors, and contractors.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, including project status, timelines, and budgets.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a construction or renovation project management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and manage project budgets and timelines.
  • LEED, AIA, PE, PMP certification, preferred.
