About the Position

We are seeking a freelance Senior Coordinator based in Stockholm, with extensive experience from the VFX/Game industry. You will work closely with producers, production assistants, supervisors and artists to ensure all aspects of the project are being tracked and delivered according to established targets and milestones.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing and tracking internal task assignments according to schedules.
  • Organise dailies, rounds and project meetings.
  • Organise and setup media for client review sessions.
  • Evaluate ftrack (project management tool), statuses and task assignments regularly.
  • Coordinate and package shot deliveries including submission documentation.
  • Maintain clear communication between teams on daily targets and delivery objectives.
  • Record all notes & feedback from clients, dailies, rounds and distribute them to the team accordingly.
  • Evaluate effective communication between artists and project leadership.
  • Provide continual updates to the project team.
  • Closely monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Liaise with clients regarding monitoring.
Requirements

You must have:

  • A highly organised approach with excellent task management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
  • A solid understanding of visual effects terminologies and processes.
  • The ability to effectively liaise and collaborate with supervisors, artists and producers.
  • Established software knowledge.
  • Extensive knowledge of visual effects processes including asset development, layout, matte painting, animation, fx, lighting and compositing.
