The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design of our product features and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
Your primary focus will be on collaborating with our product and engineering teams to design and develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will also be responsible for conducting user research, creating design specifications, and ensuring that our product meets the latest design trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design of product features and ensure they meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and ensure that our product meets customer needs.
- Create design specifications and ensure that our product meets the latest design trends and best practices.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across our product.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering high-quality design solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
