We are seeking a highly skilled Chemist to join our team as a Product Quality Assurance Specialist. As a key member of our Beauty Production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our private label cosmetics.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with H&M Group's chemical requirements.
  • Collaborate with our in-house chemist team, Quality Manager, Merchandisers, Product Developers, and contract manufacturers to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Review and verify documentation, including ingredient lists and product information files, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support product registration and development processes.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in Chemistry.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in the cosmetic industry or a regulated industry (e.g., food, pharmaceutical).
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage complex information and documentation.
  • Proactive approach and positive mindset.
  • Love to learn new things and eager to support the team.
