Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base
- Maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, suppliers, and partners
- Generating new business through initiatives such as lead follow-up, client recommendations, and networking
- Working closely with our Passenger brokers to provide them with relevant information and support throughout the brokering process
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3-5 years of similar experience within the Nordics
- Local language and English language skills at an effective operational command
- Knowledge of the local market
- Experience in the aviation industry
- Strong relationship-building, account management, and customer service skills
- Ability to balance client needs with business objectives
