We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Aviation Business Growth Executive to join our team in the Nordics region.

This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and maintain a strong presence in the market.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the aviation industry, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base
  • Maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Generating new business through initiatives such as lead follow-up, client recommendations, and networking
  • Working closely with our Passenger brokers to provide them with relevant information and support throughout the brokering process

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of similar experience within the Nordics
  • Local language and English language skills at an effective operational command
  • Knowledge of the local market
  • Experience in the aviation industry
  • Strong relationship-building, account management, and customer service skills
  • Ability to balance client needs with business objectives
