About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HVDC Commissioning Coordinator to join our Technology & Solutions Development organization in Ludvika, Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the commissioning of our HVDC projects, ensuring the successful integration of renewable energy sources into the grid.

Your Responsibilities

  • Participate in multinational projects with dynamic timelines, collaborating with global teams to mobilize resources and ensure plan updates align with customer expectations.
  • Oversee and monitor commissioning resource plans for HVDC projects, verifying and supporting preparation before site activities.
  • Perform risk analysis of commissioning execution and develop mitigation plans.
  • Monitor commissioning execution across all projects, supporting the mobilization of the commissioning team worldwide.
  • Align with internal and external stakeholders on commissioning expectations and execution plans.
  • Engage in sporadic international travel to sites and customer meetings.

Your Background

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or MBA in project management or equivalent.
  • Proactive and possess excellent communication skills.
